At Danspunt, we are convinced that interns and volunteers enrich any organisation. That is why we like to put sufficient time, space and attention into supporting our interns and volunteers.
We always take time for an extensive interview to get to know you and see whether we have a set of tasks that correspond to your wishes and interests as well as our needs, vision and mission. These tasks might involve helping with production, administration, communication, policy, content, public relations, publicity and so on. We pay great attention throughout the process to support, feedback, evaluation and care. And all that comes with a healthy dose of dance and delight!
As an intern or volunteer at Danspunt, you will not just be an extra pair of hands: you will really be part of our team. For example, you can attend our internal team meetings if that is useful or interesting for your work experience or voluntary work. As well as having a say and getting the freedom to develop (or further develop) your personal qualities at Danspunt, we love it when you inspire us.
