Accessibility Statement

The FWO strives to make our websites accessible, in accordance with the administrative decree of December 7, 2018, which transposes European Directive 2016/2102.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.danspunt.be and was drawn up by the employees of Danspunt. The last revision dates from 25/08/2025.

Compliance status

We conducted an internal accessibility audit. This audit was a simplified analysis based on the FPS BOSA Accessibility Check and our own insights. The accessibility of the website has not yet been examined by an independent party.

For this reason, the audit is insufficient to determine the exact accessibility level of our website. We therefore assume that this website currently partially complies with the WCAG 2.1 level AAA standard.

Inaccessible content

The content below is inaccessible for the following reason(s):

Non-compliance with the Administrative Decree

  • Images and other non-textual content
Not all images have alt text yet. If we cannot yet provide contextual alt text, we give them empty alt text. From now on, we will ensure that images are provided with captions where necessary.
  • PDF files
Some of the PDF files are not yet accessible. We are currently working on reducing the number of inaccessible PDF files. We are replacing these files with accessible PDF files (type A1A) or providing an alternative, such as a separate text page.
  • Video content
Not all videos have subtitles, audio description, or a transcript yet.
  • ReCaptcha
The Google ReCaptcha on our contact form does not comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA. However, it is unavoidable in order to prevent spam submissions on our contact form.

Suggested alternatives

There is currently not always an alternative available for inaccessible elements. Some documents are not yet fully accessible, particularly those in PDF format. Please contact us to obtain an accessible version of a PDF document (see contact details below):
