A promotional file for your performance
Would you like to promote your dance production to a wider audience?
A dossier is a PDF containing all possible information about your performance. You can send this dossier to programmers or venues that can book your performance, or to journalists from (local) newspapers, radio or TV stations.
Contents:
- a biography of your company, choreographer, or dancers
- explanation of the performance: what is the performance about, what inspired it, etc.
- visual material: high-resolution photos, (links to) videos
- credits: who does what, any sponsors
- contact details in case the journalist wants more information or an interview
Try to make it clear what makes your performance so unique and why it might be interesting for (the audience of) the venue, newspaper, or channel you are writing to.
