What's Danspunt?

Danspunt is the organisation for non-professional or amateur dance in Flanders and Brussels. Dance groups, dance schools, dance specialists and individual dance amateurs are welcome to call on our services or participate in our organisation. We provide these services for all kinds of dance styles: modern and contemporary dance, hip hop & freestyle, world dance, folk dance, ballet, ballroom, dancing for disabled persons, …

Danspunt organises workshops, courses, festivals, contests, ... We support the activities of groups, schools and amateur dancers.

Danspunt offers a range of different services to member organisations, such as artistic coaching, insurances and counsel. We publish a quarterly magazine (Dans.Magazine). Our documentation centre can be consulted.
